When I represent you, this is known as “full agency”. In full agency I am bound to you by a fiduciary duty, which means I act on your behalf, according to your directions, and in your best interests in all matters related to your sale. I handle the listing and promotion of your home to get the attention of qualified buyers, I advise you during negotiations, and I provide assistance and guidance with everything from mortgages to moving. I cover all the bases so you can relax and enjoy a smooth sale!
If you prefer to sell privately, but want to take advantage of the industry-leading Multiple Listing Service and Realtor.ca to promote your home, I can help you list your property for a flat fee. I can also help you with advertising, open houses, offer negotiation, and other aspects of your sale.
Buying with Representation
As your buyer representative, I help you determine your price range, I find properties that match your requirements, and I show you the properties you select. Once you choose a match, I investigate the property to search for any nasty surprises before you put in your first offer. I also complete a market analysis and help you formulate a negotiating strategy, advising you of your options at each step. Throughout the buying process, I provide contact information for needed professionals such as lawyers, home inspectors, and mortgage brokers, to help ensure every aspect of your purchase is successful.
