requisition date

The requisition date is a deadline for the buyer's lawyer. Before the requisition date, the lawyer must both ask for (requisition) AND examine all documents necessary to perform a title search. If a problem is found, the buyer's lawyer would inform the seller to allow the seller to rectify the problem.
