notice of fulfillment

noun (plural: notices of fulfillment)

A notice given by a person who was obligated to fulfill a condition in a contract.

This notice lets the other party know that the condition has been fulfilled.

For example, many Agreements of Purcase and Sale include a condition to obtain a mortgage loan. Once the buyer has obtained the mortgage loan, they would send a notice of fulfillment to the seller.
