Buyer Representation Agreement

noun

A contract you sign with an agent, stating that they will work on your behalf to help you buy a home.

A Buyer Representation Agreement must have a start date and an end date, a description of how the agent will be paid, and a description of what the agent will do to earn their payment.

If you have signed a Buyer Representation Agreement, your agent owes you a fiduciary duty.
