Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA)
A trade association representing real estate professionals.
CREA represents the Canadian real estate industry nationally and internationally, lobbies government on behalf of real estate professionals and property owners, maintains standards such as the REALTOR Code, provides arbitration services for members, and provides technology solutions and information to members.
A member of CREA is entitled to call themself a REALTOR, and can access the MLS.
