Buyer Representation Agreement
A contract you sign with an agent to have them work on your behalf to help you buy a home. It must have a start and end date, a description of how the agent will be paid, and a description of what the agent is doing in return for payment. Once you've signed this contract, your agent owes you a fiduciary duty.
