Say What?
Everybody knows common real estate terms like 'mortgage' and 'condominium'. A mortgage is a type of loan, and a condominium is an apartment, right? Well, what if I told you these are two of the most misused terms in real estate, and those definitions are dead wrong?
If I've got your attention, you'll love the newest addition to my website: my free Real Estate Dictionary. If you're confused or just plain curious about a word you've heard, why not look it up?
Just click 'Dictionary' in the navigation at the left of your screen. I've started with 50 of the most common terms, and I'll be adding more every month.
So, what do 'mortgage' and 'condominium' really mean? Time to find out!
Have a question that's not answered on my site? Please ask me, I'll be happy to help.
