October 2009: Low Rates Won't Last Forever
Sales remained strong in September and prices are stable, with a slight increase for detached and semi-detached homes. With interest rates staying low, buyers are eager and our fall market is the strongest in several years, making now a great time to make a move.
However, low rates won't last forever. With our dollar surging, it's likely that rates will rise next year. If you're thinking of moving up to a larger home, or even making a sideways move, I recommend you take advantage of the market now to get your best value.
