March 2006: Market Update

Traditionally, the spring market sees price rises due to increased market activity, especially in February, March, and April. However, prices this spring have not increased, and sales have remained stable.

If you are in the market to move, now is a good time. Price stability means that homes remain on the market longer, and the market in general has a less frantic feel. This can lead to less pressure and a more relaxed move.
