Time for Spring Repairs!
With spring comes spring repairs. If you want to take advantage of our current seller's market, it's especially important to fix all those little problems that have cropped up over winter.
During a showing, it's the little flaws that stick out. So, replace those burnt-out bulbs; repair squeaking door hinges and doors that won't shut; tighten up leaking faucets and loose door handles; replace cracked tiles; and clean hand and finger marks near light switches, door edges, and wall corners.
Ask your Realtor for help, as your own home often becomes so familiar that you miss these little flaws. After all, even in the middle of a seller's market, buyers will still choose the most attractive home in their price range!
